Unfortunately, returns are generally not possible due to the custom nature of most orders.
If there is a defect with the product or it is damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to make it right.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
Shipping options and costs are available at checkout and vary by destination.
Maps usually ship within a week, although an additional week is necessary (two weeks total) if there are any custom additions.
